Niece Becomes Sister
How could a niece become your sister you ask?!? When my niece, Lindsey, comes to Iowa State, God places her on a dorm floor with awesome gals from The Rock, she hears the truth, and places her life in God's hands!!! Niece becomes Sister . . . and I believe many of you knew before I did . . . since I just found out last weekend and she got saved nearly 2 weeks ago. Wooo Hooo I'm so excited to see what the Lord does in Lindsey Myers' life.
Her salvation is evident what happens when we let God work. When it was apparent that we were going to be moving out of Ames I sorta freaked out at first. "But God, Lindsey's here and I have to get her knit in to The Rock, and I have to witness to her, and I, I, I" . . . . was reminded by God that there's plenty of people in my church family that can take care of her and I needed to do what he was asking me to do and leave Lindsey to Him.
As you read this, and if the Lord brings her to your mind, would you please pray for her. Pray she gives the Lord reign in all areas of her life, that she continues to have Godly women to nurture her, and that she would go to SALT this summer. My simple prayer is usually break her, make her, mold her into what you want her to be. (I pray this for me too!!)
