Can't Fight This Feeling Anymore!
Work. I feel like I work 14 hour days 6 days a week. I know its not true but it feels that way.
I want to break, I want to break my, I want to break my rusty cage... and run.

Take a fun break Paul!!!
Usually when I feel that way I have forgotten to leave room in my life for fun or to just flat out stop what I am doing for a while.
It begins to feel like I am on a high speed train that just won't stop. If I just pull the hand brake every now and again the "train" isn't able to reach breakneck speeds.
Break that rusty cage and run .... take a fun break!!!

The nights are what are the hardest because I need to make phone calls or having appointments instead of being in the dorms or hangin' out with my wife.
