Provocative
So since all of my three hundred some readers have chosen not to comment on my blog over the last several entries I have picked a topic so crazy and so alternative that it could be considered X-treme!!!
So... here goes...
Which do you like better Skim milk or 2% or other? Chocolate? I heard once that they take all the fat out of all milk and then add it back in for 2% or whole milk, (Vitamine D for politically correct out there.) Is that true?
Let the raging discussion begin.

First of all, let's try spell check (Vitamin). Second of all, I think that it all depends on how you were brought up. Most people don't stray too far from what they were given at home. For me, it would be Skim Milk. But then again, I don't drink milk...I believe that it should be used with cereal and that's it. End of discussion.

Milk is gross!
I'm a 2% guy.

My mom says we go through an extra gallon a week of skim milk when I'm home. I can buy a double pack from Cub Foods and easily finish it by the expiration date.
But the best way to drink milk is with a heaping amount of NesQuik in a frosty glass.

Paul, I do believe that 2% milk made by taking all the fat out and putting it back in. How else are you going to get 2%? When you skim the fat off the top, how do you select all but 2% of the fat? This also explains why 2% milk is more expensive than skim...2% milk requires more processing, the 2% has to be added back in. In addition, the fat from the skim milk can be sold in half and half or in whipping cream. By the way I'm a big fan of 2% and even Vitamin D milk.
