How to link to another site in MovableType
I moved this over from my other site because I thought this would be a more appropriate container for it.
I was asked recently how one could easily link to another page in a blog entry (using their NotOurHome blog (aka MovableType)). It's pretty easy to do, and you don't have to know any HTML.
Well, here you go in seven easy steps (it plays out more like 3 steps in reality...):
0. Create a new blog entry.
1. Type the text that you want to make into a link.
2. Highlight the Text
3. Click the "Insert Link Button" (see Figure 1)

4. A prompt box will pop up asking for the site you want to link to. Type the address of the site you'd like to link to
5. Click "Ok"
6. All done! MovableType will insert the necessary code. (See Figure 2)
